Start with the right fit

A useful partnership starts with a clear understanding of each organization’s role. We invite enquiries from brokerages, insurance providers and specialist service organizations. An enquiry starts a discussion; partnership scope, availability and terms are agreed separately.

What to tell us

Your expertise.
The people you can help.

01

Your organization

Share your legal and trading names, website, office locations and a contact person who can discuss the proposed relationship.

02

Your scope

Describe your services, provinces and insurance products. Insurance organizations should include the appropriate licensing and registration information.

03

Your priorities

Tell us the types of enquiries you can support, your available capacity and what would make a partnership useful for your team.

A practical conversation

Agree the details.
Then build the connection.

Consumer experience

Discuss how a person would find your organization, who would respond to an enquiry and how your role would be explained clearly.

Privacy and permissions

Set out what information is needed, how it may be used and the appropriate consent and privacy terms before any information is shared.

Service responsibilities

Clarify contact points, response expectations, complaints handling and the boundaries between general information and insurance advice.

Commercial and technical scope

Review any proposed fees, reporting, forms or integrations individually. Ask which services are available and what would be involved in setting them up.

Getting started

A simple first step.

1Introduce your organization

Email your website, contact details and the kind of partnership you want to discuss.

2Explore the fit

Discuss your scope, service capacity and the needs of the people you support.

3Confirm the arrangement

Agree responsibilities, permissions, availability and terms before any service or listing begins.

Partnership questions.

Who can enquire about a partnership?
Brokerages, insurance providers and specialist service organizations can introduce themselves. Tell us your role, location and the services you offer so we can discuss whether there is a suitable fit.
Does sending an enquiry activate a partnership?
No. An enquiry starts a conversation. Any listing, service or information-sharing arrangement needs its scope, responsibilities and terms confirmed separately.
How are partnership fees and services agreed?
Commercial terms, service availability and any technical work are discussed individually. Ask for a clear written scope and pricing before proceeding.
Should we email client information with our enquiry?
No. Start with business contact details and a general description of your organization. Do not include policy numbers, client records or personal information about insurance applicants.
